SEARCH BUYING MOTORBIKE VIENTIANE

My friend and I are backpackers (23years old) and we are locking for buying 2 motorbikes. We are standing in Vientiane till we ll find them. So contact me if you have any idea where I can buy second hand motorbike like honda win (100 or 125cc) or Minsk, or if you sell yours (one or two). We ll need a purchase agreement for crossing the vietnam border.

Motorbikes can be difficult to find unless you know someone who's selling.

try the road heading to That Luang (Nongbone Road) and go right to the end where it meets Boulevard Kamphengmeuang. A friend of mine bought his there a few months ago. Get a tuk- tuk there. Should be about 25 000 kip or you can walk from town (about an hour). Try to find a shop that has the price of the motorbikes displayed outside. Bikes are Kolao

thx to you two! we're going to stay pedestrian in Laos and buy motorbikes in Hanoi, much easier and less expensive. In laos, we're renting...

We sell our motorbike called Colette in Vientiane.
She s 110cc.
Price for everything: 300USD

She s pretty, robust, powerful and safe.
And she s got all the papers, ready to go back to Vietnam or other countries.

We bought her in Hanoi 4 weeks ago and came to Laos with her without any problem.

As we were 2 of us riding Colette, we decided to make her safe and robust, and it worked as we could climb the mountains faster than any one:
- new front engine, new piston, new carburator
- new clutch and cable
- stronger shock amortisers (red ones)
- rack for 2 backpacks
- new battery

She s only 5 years old 2008
She s ready for adventure.

Ow we will give you also:
- the papers of the bike (possible to go to other border countries thanks to that)
- our 2 helmets
- a secure lock
- straps for backpacks
- and other small gifts

BUT, we want to sell Colette to friendly persons who will take care of here ;)
