Savvanakhet Hotel

I've been trying to decide on a hotel in Savvan but am still confused. I sort of settled on Leena's Guesthouse but the recent reviews are so negative. The Daosavanh is above our budget. The Soulinsouk Hotel and Lotus had very few, but good reviews although I can't find contact information. Any suggestions and/or contact details would really be appreciated!
