Phong Nha to Vinh Moc Tunnels to Hue

Is there a way to get from Phong Nha to Hue that makes a stop at the Vinh Moc Tunnels? I heard there may be a bus?

what about going from Phong Nha to the tunnels, then to Dong Ha after for our onward journey? I.e. if we don't want to go to Dong Ha, then back up to the tunnels and back down to Dong Ha (saving some travel time)?

I think it is better you should take bus from Phong Nha to Dong Ha to visit Vinh Moc Tunnel, about two hours from Phong Nha , if you take morning bus you can visit Vinh Moc in a day then continue to Hue. Bus only stop in main street but Vinh Moc Tunnel is quite far from city cental, not sure they will stop near there or not. You can ask driver the nearest place to stop near Vinh Moc tunnel

We did the DMZincluding Vinh Moc tunnels as a day tour from Hue. You might be able to attach on to a tour at Dong Ha.
