I've encountered problems trying to book my flight from KL to HCM with airasia. Not sure whether its me or them but my payment won't go through. Any other options or budget flight airlines that I could try?

Could be your credit card? Sometimes their website plays up or goes very slow, but last time the bookings went through OK. Maybe try again or check with your credit card to see if they blocked the payment.

I've had trouble a few of times booking with Air Asia. Be very careful to enter your name exactly as it appears on your credit card.
Sometimes there's a problem with "Verified by Visa", which often (my bank informs me) does not work as it should. This has happened to me twice and on both ocassions I've phoned my bank had had them place a temporary hold on that facility.
Air Asia's prices are great, they're a pleasant airline to fly with, but booking with them can be a bugger.

try the mobile site Sometimes works when the main site wont accept your credit card. Dont ask me why but it has worked for me in he past
