Koh Pos to Ha Tien border crossing

Koh Pos (Prok Chak?, near Kep) to Ha Tien (Xa Xia?)
Guidebooks and this branch contain plenty of references to the promised opening of this crossing to non Vietnamese/Cambodian foreigners, but I can find no reference ( including threads initially posted by travelfish, JosIndia, morepeasplease, rectravel and worldtramper) to its actually having opened.
Does anyone have up to date information on this? I would love to hear from someone who has made the crossing, especially from Cambodia into Vietnam.

It would appear that no one knows anything much about this crossing, which leads me to assume that it is not open to foreigners.
I'll be in that area in a couple of weeks and will check it out. If it's open I'll post a report in late March or early April.
