I will go to Yangon on 21/04/2016 - 25/04/2016, Please advise me.

I will arrive Yangon 21/04/2016 06.55 PM.

I want to go Chaung Thar Beach and Ngapali Beach, Please plan this trip for me how to go the beach from airport.

Please advise the interesting place or activity

Skip Chaung Thar and Ngapali Beach - it's way too hot at the end of april. Ngapali Beach is very expensive and the Thai beaches are better than Chaung Tha Beach.
Beaches are everywhere in SE-asia, why not go to a cool mountain spot like Inle lake or Maymyo ? That's the essence of Burma, the real stuff.

if you insist on going to Ngapali Beach then "from the airport" you catch a flight to Thandwe, the airport for the resort.

In Thailand this is high season for go to a beach.

I think you missed the point with my comment in #3..

Form Yangon you can catch VIP bus to Nuyaungshwe (Inle)....in April you will be able to buy tickets at short notice, so just arrange tickets thru your guesthouse when you arrive first arrive in Yangon..

Inle is more interesting than Pyin-Oo-Lwin....

firstly, around this time you will definitely not be able to get any flight/bus tickets to/from any beaches at short notice, as it's Thingyan holidays, and every Burmese who can afford it will travel to/from any beach. Esp. Chaungtha will be loud/noisy/crowded/dirty ... In Ngapali it will be very hard to find any room for a reasonable price at this time ... If you wait a few days more (end of april) it should be easy - the weather is perfect in Ngapali, very few visitors, you'll have the beach for yourself - 2nd best time to go (after october/novemer) - then also room rates will drop significantly (compared to Thingyan holidays) and also transport can be organized easily ... Forget Chaungtha, go to Ngapali from around 24/25 april, you won't regret it ... I had been working there for 3 years (in a hotel) ... @teenparty: of course Pyin Oo Lwin (Maymyo) or Inle are also nice, but then you should decide first if you want to go to a beach or rather to the mountains (hills) cheers from YGN all
