Golden Rock train to Kyaikto

Hi, I would welcome any information from anyone who has taken the train fro Yangon to Kyaikto and then onward to visit Gollden Rock.
We are also thinking about a trip to Chaung Tha or Ngwe Saung Beach ( mid Jan). Would anyone recommend either of these places of a a few days relaxation? Any info would be welcomed. Many thanks

I used to travel from Yangon to Kyaikto by bus and a truck to Golden Rock, have never tried train. So if you are interested in, you can refer to my older post
