I am just wondering if it is possible to fly from Luang Prabang to Hanoi rather cheaply and if the visa situation is still the same where I need to organize a pre arranged visa to arrive into Hanoi?

| stillwithus01:18 UTC13 Sep 2007 | Rather cheaply is relative - I believe its around US $120-130. For some that's cheap; for others expensive.
If you are a US citizen visa must be pre-arranged. Some other countries do not need a re-arranged visa.

Thanks for your help. Is that with Lao Air?? I cant seem to be able to book this thru thier website, any suggestions? Or is it just easier when I get to Luang Prabang? Im an Australian currently living on Naxos in Greece. Am in the process of organizing a pre arranged visa with the website stayinvietnam.com so I should have my visa all sorted by then (hopefully!)
