If your departure is from LP, then ask directly the agents in that town for time table and airfare.

As Vietnam airlines doesn't offer online booking, I went through www.bluenwhite.com, an agency in Bangkok. Only trouble is it's not an e-ticket so thy;ll send it to you, or you can pick up from their office

Book online at www.laoairlines. com but be sure to access site via Internet Explorer (and not for example FireFox browser, online booking doesn't work with FireFox). E-Ticket and credit card payment. Good luck.
