Hi there,
I'm a solo traveler and spend 1 week in Vietnam in late September. I want to explore more about culture and cuisine. Looking for some advice about places and also the accommodation. Thanks

You really need to give us more information.
Viet Nam is awash with culture.
Where are you landing? You are there for just one week, so I would suggest staying local.
It may be a good idea to start again with more details
