Not just is this flight not operating, but there is real doubt about Air Bagan also. Most of their flights are currently cancelled. Bangkok Air via Bangkok is the best albeit not cheapest option.

Are you talking about the international flights or all Air bagan flights? I am scheduled to fly a whole bunch of them in january! Please elaborate if you can.

#2... Not sure what the situation will be in January..... At the moment Air Bagan has cancelled both some of it's scheduled flights as well as put on hold the routes they were scheduled to commence (like the one to Siem Reap).
Internal flights.... since late September they have not been following their time table. In fact they have flown very few flights. Presumably because their has been very little demand. It looks to me as if Yangon Air and Mandalay Air has been flying more regularly... But I don't know this for a fact.... There are conflicting reports about people booked on Air Bagan being put on other flights.. but also about people booked on other flights being put on Air Bagan flights... It looks to me as if all the airlines are trying to put as many people as possible on as few flights as possible....
If you have bought these flights as part of a tour, my guess is that you will be offered flights with which ever airline is flying around the time you were scheduled. If you have booed specifically with Air Bagan... I don't know what may happen..
Only Air Bagan staff will be able to answer this for you.
