Read about this elsewhere on the internet (https://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowTopic-g294190-i9408-k6500795-U_Aung_Hein_Kyaw_English_class-Myanmar.html) so thought it would be ok, but we actually found out that it is a little exploitative of English speakers. We found out from the students in the class that it is actually private speaking tuition, despite the fact that we were doing it for free. I would have been fine helping with English had someone not been making a profit out of it.
However, it may still be something you want to do so you can speak with the locals.
