I couldn't agree more with U Tom. Those of us who have family there know how important it is to have an International presence in Myanmar. And believe me, foreigners are very much liked and welcomed by the locals. I've been there so many times, spoken to so many people from all walks of life and they all want the things that we take for granted; freedom and democracy. Despite the hardships that many of the people there have faced, they are one of the most genuinely courteous and friendly people I have ever come across. They need us ... and we shan't let them down!

Buddy and his buddy don't mind tripping around Thailand taking advantage of the nice heated spas.. courtesy of the power generated by the Burma Junta.. Fuelling their never ending need for hard currency.
