Jan 10 th 11th 12th Yangon Motherland2.....7$ a night which includes airport pickup and breakfast.......Jan 12th 13th Pathein.........Jan 14th 15th Chaungtha Beach.....16th Pyay...17th 18th 19th 20th Bagan......21st 22nd 23rd 24th 25th..Mandalay and area( great wall hotel 19$ a night) 26th 27th 28th 29th 30th..Inle Lake/Kalaw.....Yangon 31st 1st 2nd...fly out on third..I am still looking for budget accomodation recommendations for pathein, chaungtha beach....bagan.....and inle lake....Thanks for your help..and yes i have factored in travel times along the way...

At Inle we liked the Aung Mingalar Hotel, Nandawun Qr: Nyaungshwe, Shan State, Myanmar, Ph : 081-24188, 29339 and at Bagan the New Park Hotel, Thiripyitsaya Block No.4, Bagan, Myanmar. Tel: 062-70122. Rooms in the USD 15.00 to USD 25.00 range.

At Inle lake, I and others have enjoyed the Rememberance Inn, peaceful area, huge rooms, 2 cafes, and next to best massage and top 3 cafes for good cuisine, and Smiling Moon is around corner for Chocolate Pancakes, and guide/boat charters are there too, or just walk to river and strike a deal.

In Bagan, well Nyaung Oo to be exact there is a great place in the centre of town called Inwa 2 guest house, rooms with ensuite, telly, aircon and balcony cost us $11 per night in August, including great brekky which is served on the rooftop.
