www.magadotravel.com emailed them a photo with the application they sent me.they emailed me the application with my photo and 5 ink stamps on the form.when i arrive i pay my 60 $ and thats it.it was cheaper then sending my passport from toronto to the embassy in ottawa registered email and paying for passport photos..just cropped a pic i had already from my last trip.i just printed the application and will present it when i board the plane in bkk.
