Not much detail on casualties but some stupas extensively damaged.

Thankfully it seems that there are very few casualties but there appears to be extensive temple damage. This story is being reported on now by all the major news agencies worldwide.

Hopefully the casualties stay low. But, the Bagan temples seem to have taken a bit hit. Guess it will be a few days before the full extent is known.
