Are there any cheap flights to Burma from Sydney Australia? A stop-over in say in KL Bangkok or Singapore on the way would be fine.

I am not sure about the Sydney - Bangkok leg but Air Asia flys very cheap from Bangkok to Yangon.

BKK is the best hub to enter Burma, via Air Asia, though other airlines fly the route (Bangkok Airways) but it cost more.

BKK is also most likely the cheapest with most frequent flights from Aussieville....but I am not sure..

Try Kayak.com for a idea of prices...there may be specials too depending on time of year...

Not the cheapest connection.. but you can go via Singapore.. JetstarAsia fly Singapore > Yangon. Jetstar or Tiger to Singapore. But as suggested.. the Bangkok connection is the cheapest (from Australia at the moment).
