17 day trip advice

To explore southern Part of Chin State , 2 nights is very less! Even you skip Matupi , Just Kanpetlet & Mindat , you need at least 2 or 3 nights there.

Yes you are right, the itenarary is very complicated and needs more like 3 weeks than the 17 days you have. Skip Naypyidaw, there is nothing there but 20 lane highways and gvnmt builings. Why only 2 nights in Mdl and only 3 in Inle and kalaw, its too short. Try to make a better itinerary by cutting out some sidetrips ...

Day 1: arrive Yangon, dinner and sleep
Day 2: explore Yangon by day, night bus to Bagan
Day 3: Arrive Bagan, spend whole day exploring, sleep
Day 4: Travel to Mindat early, spend the day exploring and sleep
Day 5: Explore and sleep Mindat
Day 6: Leave early, travel to Bagan, explore Bagan then night bus to Mandalay
Day 7: Arrive Mandalay
Day 8: Mandalay
Day 9: Mandalay exploring by day, night bus to Kalaw
Day 10: Kalaw & Lake Inle
Day 11: Kalaw & Lake Inle
Day 12: Kalaw & Lake Inle
Day 13: Kalaw & Lake Inle, night bus to Yangon
Day 14 onwards - Myeik islands

Perhaps this is still too much, but my only other thought is to cut out Chin State, which I am reluctant to do....if you think this is still too much, what would you suggest cutting out?

I'd suggest cutting out Chin state...unless you can spend an appropriate amount of time there...it takes best part of a day for travel each way, especially if you plan to use local transport as your other post suggested. Unless you hire a car and driver then you would have to get to Magwe as I think the bus to Mindat leaves from there not Bagan.
if you are arriving Yangon late on the first day, which it sounds like, then you should allow another day there at least.
Also could allow another day in Bagan so you have 2 nights in Bagan. Bagan-Mandalay - take the day bus, it is only around 5 hours.
You could consider dropping one day off from Inle, and combined with the days saved instead of Mindat trip do a side trip from Mandalay to Hsipaw...

Day 10: Kalaw & Lake Inle
Day 11: Kalaw & Lake Inle
Day 12: Kalaw & Lake Inle
Day 13: Kalaw & Lake Inle, night bus to Yangon
Day 14: Fly to Myeik (3PM)
Day 15: Myeik islands
Day 16: Myeik islands
Day 17: Fly to Yangon (8:10am) spend day and sleep
Day 18: Fly to Singapore (9:45am)

Days 1 to 7 looks good....but I think you could allow more time for Hsipaw as well.....with travel time you would not have long in Hsipaw...eg.
Day 8 - morning bus or share taxi to Hsipaw....arvo in Hsipaw..
Day 9 - Hsipaw...maybe some day trek to tribal village...?
day 10 - morning share taxi (or bus) down to Mandalay.....overnight bus to Kalaw/Inle.
Day 11 and 12 - early am bus arrival....Inle/Kalaw area.
Day 13 - Inle/Kalaw.....night bus to Yangon.
(I think it is also possible to skip Mandalay when coming back from Hsipaw to go to Kalaw/Inle...pretty sure there is a bus that goes down south, maybe not from Hsipaw itself , but from somewhere up that way...?).

OR...you could skip Hsipaw and allow more time for Myeik islands and surrounds to explore that area over several days....?
