Trying to trace M/bike rental shop in Pakse for Insurance Claim

Can anyone help...

I had a motorbike accident in Pakse around 4 months ago and I am trying to claim my medical expenses on my insurance but they're messing me about.

Latest requirement is a letter of confirmation from the bike hire place that I was issued and wearing a helmet.

I've tried to find the company online but with no success and although I know where it is, I'm currently in Malaysia so I'm not in a position to go and look it out. Is anyone in the Pakse area that could help me? The place I hired the bike was opposite the Dokkoun Hotel which is on 13 South Road, it is in the tourist area of Pakse and is beside the main places to eat. It has an internet cafe next to it and is actually at the main traffic lights junction.

ANY help would really be appreciated. Thank you

Hi - are you sure it was the Dok Khoun hotel? This isn't really in the main tourist area where the restaurants are at all, but is about 1km away towards the bus station from the main area.

If you meant the Seng Aloun hotel, then more or less opposite this is the Langkham guesthouse which rents motorbikes out.

Sorry I have it wrong, I have checked the map again and it is the junction of No 13 South Road and Thanon 24. I was staying not far from Sabaidy 2 and would walk up to the main road past an Indian Restaurant, I would then cross at the lights and the hire place is at the junction.

Does this make more sense?? I appreciate any help I can get

I see where you mean. Cross the traffic lights of soi24/SH13 coming from Sabaidee 2 GH, and at this junction after crossing there is an internet place on the left and your motorbike hire place on the right.

You could try contacting Lankham guesthouse to ask them - they are usually very helpful and have good English. Lankham GH is just 20m from this junction so they should know the details.

I have still had no success but I now believe the hire place to be SK internet on No13 South Road at the junction with Thanon 13.

The GH I have found to be Thaluang Hotel but their contact information isn't working either...
