planning to go to southern laos in october/november and having about 3 weeks. i would be happy of any tips, don't miss activities and places... anybody has trip reports fotos ecc. thanks!

I've only been to Pakse, Champasak (Wat Phu) and Si Phan Don (4000 Islands) - loved it all. highly recommended!
This has been discussed a couple of time before. Simply do a search to get info on the more off the beaten track places - type in 'southern laos' and you'll get some past posts.
Also, I believe, ticotim has done a report on the whole of Laos, including the south. maybe you can PM him
