Something weird on the Laos branch/forum - the last replied dates on many are showing as 15 January 2013, but the actual last replied date is (for example) 8 August 2012. These date of the OP on these threads are August 2012.

Yes not just the Laos branch either, I think it is to do with the TT closure, did the SEA branch come back on the 15th Jan?

People should stop making these off travel topic posts as the moderators have
requested. They're promptly deleted each morning when the mods come to
work anyway. Things are on the mend, just be patient please.

Nobody is being impatient; merely trying to understand what's going on. (FYI mods workon the forum over 24 hours -it's a globalforum remember.)
C_C-I think more posts are being checked and moved from the archives and get an date&time stamped in the process.

Well then, let's all not be impatient and just flood the forum with off topic posts
trying to understand that the mods then have to take their time flushing instead
of getting things cleaned up and running again.

If you thinkthese posts are off topic and shouldn't be here then don't contribute to the flood yourself.
It's not hard, is it?

It's not exactly a flood. To tell you the truth, I had no idea TT was broken or out of control or whatever the reasoning was until it went down.
I can tell you this: my experience hasn't improved as a result of the changes.
Oh I see. They deleted my sigline and non-commercial travel links - with no explanation. Why?
