I have used Lao Air Booking for the last few years to book many flights and found them good. You need to be a bit careful when choosing a travel agent, as there are quite a few bad ones in Vientiane - Lao Air are the fourth company I have used, the previous 3 causing me no end of problems with booking mistakes - wrong dates, wrong names entered into the ticketing system, 3 month validity tickets sold for a 4 month trip etc.
Lao Air Booking are just off Patuxai on Sibounheuang Rd, 30m from Patuxai on the right.
