Was at the Thai Consulate in Vientiane today. To celebrate both Thai & Lao New Year Holidays they'll be closed April 8th, Mon. 15th, Tues. 16th, Wed. 17th. Also closed May 1, 6th & 13th. Daily visa application hours a bit shorter too from 08:30 to 11:30.
