And do please report back with as straightforward of a review as possible. I’d really like to see this place be successful. Let’s hope they are getting over the growing pains.

Maybe they should re-brand their product as 'the Treetop Experience' - there's a lot to be said for looking out at a forest from treetop level, regardless of the animals you see. Probably be good for watching birds, too. Maybe they should think about de-emphasizing the gibbons.

How much does it cost...I can't get any information about the pricing....I sent them an email but no reply......

Like I said in my previous post the cost is 5000 baht. Not alot of money for 3 days of food accommodation guide fees and the experience....

They have just increased the price. Here is the email I received recently:

Dear guests, who booked the Gibbon Experience in advance…
> Bad news! As we anticipated, prices for the Gibbon Experience are
> rising as of November 16^th as follows:
>
Price per person
>
>
Low season rate (until November 15th, 2007) : 1400000 kips or 5000
> bahts or 110 Euros or 150 usd.
>
>
High season rate* (as of November 16th, 2007) : 1700000 kips or 6000
> bahts or 132 Euros or 180 usd.
>
> As our conservation project depends on our guests who make a booking,
> we now realize we must take a non-refundable deposit for each person
> to insure your arrival! So now, please reconfirm with us you'd still
> be joining us after the price change, and we will send you a link to
> pay your required deposit.

Therefore I suggest you book for when you want and pay the deposit... unless you are willing to take the risk of missing out!
