I would say "no way" Top destinations in both countries with only 2 airlines connecting + during peak season. Book it now. Bangkok Airways Laos Airlines

Same problem here...only that I fly from Vientiane to Siem Rep...Since I know more or less the dates I made two reservations for two different dates. You have to pay at the latest two days before departure and ONLY with US$.

From Vientiane to Siem Rep there will be additional flights during Christmas time.

Same problem here. Flying from LP to Sier Reap on mid january. i already email Laos Airways asking what is the penalty fee for changing dates since i am spending over U$200. But they nevr replied...If u get any info would u mind sharing please? So...not sure what to do either...

Hello, it's me, the OP. I decided to book a flight online, Dec. 17, Luang Prabang to Siem Reap. A slight sacrifice in spontaneity, but at least I don't have to worry about this detail. Now, I'm trying to decide whether or not to buy a Siem Reap-Pakse air ticket.
