Sadly for the world I survived the night. For the person that noticed I could still post with no power, its all down to a back supple.

Gods aim is quiet good, we got one direct hit last night but the 2 lightering rods on the roof caught the strike and sent the powered to the basement where i am attempting to bring back to life 5 of the most powerful femails in history.

Thats it, I am harnessing the powered of God Him self to reserect the Spice Girls.

Soon my diabolic plan will be at a ready and the whole world will once again tremble to big hair, glamorous outfits, platforms shoes and all will mutter the sacred worlds

"zigazig ah"

I saw the lightning and heard the thunder in the distance at night from Pak Lay last September. It was quite impressive. The next day we had a big storm, but no electrical storm, with rain all day. It was still an awesome experience.

In 2002, in Vang Vieng, I experienced one of the most powerful rainstorms I'd witnessed. Being out in the rain was like standing under a waterfall. Still...it wasn't really an electrical storm.

Now, 1992 in The Gambia was just nuts. That was full on lightning flashes and thunder crashes. The family I was staying with had the power go out, so I had to run out to the corner stall with their son to buy candles during some of the worst of the storm. The lightning was so bad that I absolutely refused to open the metal gate in front of the family's driveway for fear of electrocution. Hell, I couldn't imagine being more soaked than I already was. I would have rather be wet than risk death by being struck by lightning. It's a great story now, but I can still remember how frightened I was of the power of nature.

He may have had spot on aim, just I might have a friend in a low place watching my back.

You don't join the Republican party and sacrifices child virgins in the woods each weekend and not get friend down stairs.
