cheap cheap GH in vientiene

Most of the guesthouses are already cheap. How cheap do you want to be?

Whats cheap?

I nice Guesthouse room and private bath is around $12...to me thats cheap.

Super cheap=$3 oldrifter style cold shower, rickety fan, needs repair (I carry tools)

From where the minivans park on the river walk away from river down street(s) many in this price range, can't recall name

I recommend the river bank. Even cheaper.

along the river bank, near Mahosot hospital & behind a playground, there are people who grow maize & other stuff & live in little wooden homes, some hidden behind trees. maybe could arrange a homestay with them ;)

well was broke till i got back to thailand and had to sort out visa... i made it back.. found sabaidy GH.. it was okay... nice people there. nothing fancy... you can smoke weed on the balcony... many midaged men lived there.... up to you if that a plus or not:)
