Hy Guys

Just some short questions:
1. Can i get a Tourist 1 months visa for Cambodia directly at the bordercrossing from Thailand, or do i have to get one in BKK?
2. Is this possible at every land-bordercrossing or just in a few places? Please tell me where its possible.
3. How many photos do i need?

Thanks a lot for all your answers and have a good day

Pete

Has anyone travelled from Koh Chang in Thailand to Siem Reap and the cost. Looking in LP it only mentions you can cross over at Koh Khong(?) and then its a bus to PP or Sinouk for 500 Baht, whch seems a bit excessive. Any ideas on getting there dirt cheap?

Hi,

I'm hoping to go to Cambodia for ten days at the end of November. Do you think this will be enough time to go and see Angkor Wat (and surrounding temples), Phnom Penh and a bit around the coast at Kep (ie a couple of days on Koh Tonsay)? Or am I being unrealistic?

Also, I know this has probably been asked hundreds of times before, but how safe is it for a young woman to travel on her own?

Thanks.

Does anyone have information about the Cambodian national airline called "President Airlines"?

In the LP, it says this airline has flights between Phnom Penh and Ban Lung. However, many of the links on their website does not work and the email I sent bounced back.

Is this airline still functioning? Or am I going about booking a flight with them the wrong way?

Any up-to-date information would be greatly appreciated :)

Cheers,
Qeteshi

Hi

Me and the missus are planning on travelling into Cambodia from Thailand in early January. I quite fancy taking the boat from Koh Kong to Sihanoukville and stopping off on Koh S'Dach.

Anyone got any comments on what the boat trip is like compared to taking the overland route - and is Koh S'Dach worth the visit?

I've also read that you can stay on Koh Tonsay off the coast from Kep. Any comments or suggestions?

Thanks.

If you're going from Snookyville to Koh Kong, where do you board?

It's at 12pm and is about $15, right?

After that, how much is it nowadays to the border? Moto's, I'm sure ... Let me know the distance too.

And now in Thailand from the border, how much (in baht), to the nearest major bus station? I'm talking moto's here. I'm thinking about going to either Pattaya or Bangok, not sure which yet ...

Thanks again! mahalo

I've come across a few pieces on the web (mostly a few years old) that mention bungalow operations in the pipeline. I can't find anything solid, so am assuming that it remains a day-trip/bring your own tent situation.

Is this the case?

Thanks

Rebecca

We want to fly from Siem Reap to Pakse in January and are looking at flights with Siem Reap Airways. Has anyone flown with Siem Reap Airways on this sector recently and we would like your feedback on this airline please.
