Try Bopha Angkor Hotel as this should suit you and it gets good reviews.

I liked the Angkor Star $60 2004, it has a great pool, nice cafe, and is close to other great things like cafes, internet, massages and tuk tuks. Its right off the road going into main old quarter part of town where all the action and tour guide/services are. You can walk around to the other parts of the city easily, or hire a tuk tuk to whisk you around for about $1 or two.

I have listed my guides cell as well, under the intenerary section. she is currently in school which I provide funding for, as she is taking extra classes for english (Speaks Fluently) and she is also taking Chinese now, as they are in droves in the tour busses.
