Flights from Siem Reap to HCM

You will probably be best off booking a ticket here from Siem Reap to HCM and it should cost around 125$ one way with Vietnam airlines. Only other airline to do this route is Royal Khmer airlines which is around the same price or maybe a little cheaper.

A Japanese speaking guide will not be easy to find so I suggest you book a hotel in advance and ask them to arrange a guide for you in advance.

A Japanese speaking guide will be more expensive then an English speaking guide and could cost around 30$ to 40$ for one day as they are hard to find.

Re the Japanese speaking guides, I think they aren't quite as expensive as SA wrote. Try New Sai Travel Service. Their email address is "saicamrep@online.com.kh". Don't know if they're good or not so good...

I think OP will do very well to get Japanese speaking guide for less then 30$ with any experience in my opinion. August is a busy time of year for Japanese visitors so the guides will be in demand.

Is there a website I can book the tickets?
It's not exactly a backpacking trip and there're kids involved so tickets have to be secured before leaving.

You can not book tickets on a website so you will need to get them when you arrive.

It is very simple and easy to get tickets when you arrive as the place you are staying in Phnom Penh will probably be able to arrange this very easily so it might worth asking them by email in advance.

You could also consider hiring a taxi which should cost around 40$ to 45$ from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap and again the place you are staying should be able to arrange for the taxi to pick you up at the hotel in Phnom Penh and then drop you at your hotel in Siem Reap.
