will be in phnom pehn from 6 to 8 nov 2007. a fren say they have independence day and boat races at around those days. will tourist attractions be closed? what about river boat cruises? are they disrupted? pls help

Indepence day is on the 9th November so you will miss it although nothing much happens in the way of celbrations.

The water festival is 23rd, 24th and 25th November so you will miss that as well.
