DO YOU KNOW OF ANY TENNIS COURTS IN SIHANOUKVILLE, CAMBODIA ??

I love Sihanoukville & the locals & visitors. I have been going there for the past10 years. In January 2012
(I was not able to travel there in 2013) I met a middle aged Brit at Victory Beach, the little beach next to the Airport Disco/ Pub . He told me that he was playing tennis every day. At the time I did not have my racquet or sneakers with me so I did not ask where the courts were located where he played. I don't think he had a motor bike so the courts had to be close by. A few days later I was riding my rented moto around Victory Beach/Hill exploring the area. I rode up a road, one of the main roads leading away from the beach, made a left turn up a winding hill with buildings on both sides, for at least a eighth of a mile. The road ended at a older hotel/resort with a minature model out front of Ankor Wat. They had four run down tennis courts which were useable. I know that Sokha Beach resort has tennis courts. They may be only for guests of the resort, or You may be able to pay to use them as I think non guests can pay to use their swimming pool. Does anyone know of tennis courts around Victory Hill or anywhere else in Sihanoukville that I could use ? Also I am a intermediate level doubles player so if you need a extra player send me your phone number or E-mail address and I will contact you this December / January. Will appreciate any help in locating tennis courts. So if you know of any please let me know.
