Like Battambanghelper just said, you can get your Cambodian visa on arrival at the border (at most crossings including Moc Bai) or on arrival airport in Phnom Penh or Siem Reap. There is no need to get your Cambodian visa in advance unless you plan to cross into Cambodia at some obscure border crossing like Ha Tien.
