Is it still possible to get a seven-day pass to Angkor for $60 US, or have the prices been raised? And how crowded is Siam Reap around Christmas and New Years? Thanks in advance for all info.

The price of a one week pass for Angkor is still 60$.
The temples will be quite busy but because it is high season not because it is Christmas or New Year.
