I plan on flying from Bangkok to Phnom Penh about Feb 2008 and would like to fly back from Siem Reap (March 2008) does anybody know a cheap airline flight?

This route is monopolised by Siem Reap Airways (aka Bangkok Airways), so you won't find a particularly cheap flight.
Best option is to return to Phnom Penh (4-5 hours by bus) and take an Air Asia flight to Bangkok from there.
Cheaper still would be to brave the bus journey via Poipet. Personally, I'd go with the Air Asia option.
