Hello Friends, I am in siquijor and I am catching a flight may 4th in Tacloban. Do you think it would be better to go through Bohol, Dumaguete or cebu city? Specially with the current earthquakes. Thanks for the help.

Hi. I am new here on the forums so please bear with me if this has been asked and answered before. I am a US citizen currently on expat assignment in Taipei with large MNC in a executive level role. Due to personal and professional reasons, I would like to relocate to Singapore. My research shows that I would be eligible to apply for a PEP (income well above the $18K/month, advanced degree etc). Is my understanding correct that I can apply for the PEP while still outside Singapore? I do have a…

Hi everyone,

I've read some previous posts on Yogya-Bromo-Ijen-Bali questions and didn't see mine specifically answered. We're a family of 4 - 2 adults, a 13 year old, and an 8 year old.

We're heading to Yogya mid-July for about 6 nights. From there, we'd like to travel overland to see Mt. Bromo and Ijen and then on to Bali via ferry. We haven't booked accommodations in Bali yet, so our arrival date is flexible. (For those who are wondering, we're not planning on going down into the Ijen…

Hello,
This festival looks like a lot of fun and the list of 2019 performers is diverse and interesting.
Has anyone taken the shuttle bus from Kuching to the festival? Is it only one bus per hour? If so, are there seats for everyone, especially going back to Kuching at night? Does the bus stop right at the festival or is there then a van that must be taken after the bus?

Thank you and best regards to all.

Hi!

In one month my boyfriend and I are finally going on our trip to Indonesia and Singapore (3,5 weeks)! It is going to be our first trip to Indonesia and my first trip to Asia.

We booked the flights, but we did not yet book our hotels/hostels as we are not sure about our travel itinerary yet. We want to see as much as possible, but also not feel like we are in a hurry during our trip. We have had quite a busy year, so besides doing a lot of fun activities and see a lot of beautiful…

BACKGROUND

My wife and I have a layover in Changi Airport early October this year via air Singapore at 2:35pm and leaving through Swiss Air at 11:10pm.

I’ve aware of the free city tours, but there’s too many uncertainties with bookings, plus I’ve heard mixed reviews. Also, there is a single Singapore immigration entry limit - the tour would count as one as we’re required to be with the tour the entire time, and we want to visit Jewel which would also be considered an additional entry.

CURRENT…

hello,

I will be in Langkawi with my family in June. We are interested in doing some social activities like beach clean-up. Are such things organised in and around Pantai Cenang or nearby? I would also like to give an opportunity to my 4 year-old boy to lend a small helping hand as it is educational for him.

Also, we are looking for some good, mid-range SPA to get some quality massage. If anyone has ideas on these, please .... Thanks.

Prem

hi,
I'm a 19y/o going backpacking for a long period of time for the first time in my life!!! I spend a month with friends before they all fly home (in Thailand), and then am staying with friends in Singapore nearly 10 days later. I was just going to fly, but I was also thinking about going overland from southern Thailand, through Malaysia and into Singapore that way. Do you think this is safe/ a good idea for me to do, and does anyone have any recommendations for places to stop and things to…
