I land the morning of May 13th and leave the morning of June 3rd. Will Philippine Immigration consider that 21 or 22 days? If they say 22 days will they require i get a visa?

There is no money exchange at the int'l airport used by Air Asia. I arrived late on chinese new year's eve and found out there is no exchange there. I only had USD with me and all the taxis asked for RM. I was lucky that one driver was willing to take me to downtown first and the hotel paid for me first.

of course, i could not find one exchange open on the first two days of CNY. I needed to draw cash from ATM machine.

You may wish to change some RM first if you arrive internationally.

That's it ! We've got our plane tickets for a 3 week trip to Malaysia this summer in August.
While trying to prepare our itinerary, I've found some interesting maps at http://www.jkr.gov.my/roadmap/index.htm<BR>Pahang map (http://www.jkr.gov.my/BENCANA/MAP/IMAGE/PAHANG/pahang.htm) shows two dotted lined roads between Cameron Highlands and Taman Negara, one heading towards Merapuh, the other towards Kuala Lipis.

Does anybody know if these roads are in project, already existing, 4WD only ?

I am moving to Malaysia in June for a couple of years and I am searching for tips.
Is it easy to do a driver's licence? Find tampons?
Is it well accepted to sunbathe in a bikini on the East Coast?
Are all the recommended injections really useful?
Do you know if and for how long I should take anti malaria treatments?

Anyone can enlighten me on the following schedules?

1. How long does the bus take from Cameron Highlands to Ipoh?

2. Heard there is an overnight bus from Ipoh to Singapore or Johor Bahru, what is the last bus that leaves for either these two places? How long are either of these trips?

Visitig Cameron Highlands and it is imperative that I catch an overnight bus to either SG or JB to save on travelling time.

Anyone been? Are these worth visiting? I have just two weeks holiday in Sabah and other than Uncle Tan's 3d/2n trip and some diving in Semporna/Sipadan, I have nothing else in mind other than just chilling out, however, if they are recommended then I'll stop off on my way from KK to Sandakan.
