Romblon Island or Puerto Galera. Or both?

Hi all Filipino fans!
After visiting this wonderful country one more time again, now for six weeks, we are planning for our next trip. We would appreciate to take part of your expereience and advices about Romblon Islands and Puerto Galera. This two spots are on our wishinglist for the next trip. We would like to spend two weeks, either in the Romblon Islands area or in Puerto Galera, or maybe both. We are looking for nice beaches, good diving and "native" feelings. Reflections?

That's a funny question because AFAIK Puerto Galera is one of the most developed beach areas while Romblon is one of the least developed. Unless you're an extreme traveler you probably don't want to spend 2 weeks on Romblon. Have you been to less developed parts of the Philippines? There's not much there, and decent food is hard to come by. There are also less developed areas if you go South from Puerto Galera around Mindoro island, which would probably be similar to what you get in Romblon.
