Pulau Tenggol

Hi out there... Could anyone tell me what Pulau Tenggol is like, and where's the best place to stay?
Going for a chill out, do nothing kinda break...

Heard that some resort owners from redang plan to develop Tenggol...

aaarrrggg, nooo. i really hope tenggol doesnt get any more devoloped. its so beautiful as it is. my grandad did some of his national service on the island 50 years ago and it would be awful if they started building bars and restaurants on it :-(

at the moment there are 2 choices on tenngol, some very very basic A frame huts complete with an array of wildlife, or some nice bungalows. the price of the bungalows includes food and they cook for you as no restaurants. look on the internet and it comes up with details.

I was on Tenggol a few weeks ago for scuba diving. There aren't any big scale resorts there. Only a few tiny ones clustered on the main beach. Don't worry, development won't get much bigger than that, if any.

Redang is too commercialized already, so focus maybe switched to tenggol...
