Meditation or Yoga in Malaysia?

I will fly to Malaysia next week and I was wondering whether there are any meditation or yoga retreats happening somewhere on the peninsula. I've searched the internet a bit, but didn't find any clear info. I think there has to be a meditation centre in Penang, but I'm not sure if there are any retreats happening... Does anyboday have any info about courses or retreats?
If I don't find anything I will probably go to Thailand to the Suan Mokkh Meditation retreat near Surat Thani, I've been there before, so I know it's ok. But I thought maybe there would be some good retreats in Malaysia as well...

Personally, I would prefer a yoga retreat in Thailand.
