| laerkeliliththorndal21:35 UTC12 May 2007 | Hi everybody, is silk airways the only ariline that flies directly from Medan to Singapore? They are kind of expensive :-/ Thanks in advance

Nak, it does not work out, one part shows it flies Medan to Singapore, but the scheduling part shows not so.
Sorry.

Which is the cheapest of the 2, I have not used xe.com to compare.

| redape12:11 UTC13 May 2007 | You might also find flights between Batam and Medan...though you would have to add in the cost of getting over to Batam.
Another possibility is taking a bus up to KLIA - cheapest would be to go from Sigapore to the Larkin terminalin JB, then a bus to Seremban, and another bus to KLIA. Then take Air Asia.

Once in Batam getting to Singapore is really easy - cab from the airport to the ferry terminal, and then fast ferry across to Singapore. Probably much cheaper than the cost difference between a Medan-Batam and Medan-Singapore flight.
