El Nido, Coron, Mindoro: Scuba diving, boat charter

I am trying to book a customized scuba live aboard. I have read that there are smaller live aboard options, catering up to 10 passengers. I will be traveling the first two weeks of April. One of those weeks I will be encountering the Holy Week crowd, April 7-14. Recognizing that, I know that prices will be more expensive.

I am wondering if it is possible to find reliable crews to charter a boat from El Nido to Coron to Mindoro for a scuba diving tour. I thought I read that the only way back from something like this is by boat, from Mindoro. How do I find a boat/dive operator who can make this all happen? Is it possible to make it happen within a 5 day window of time?
