Cheap flights to Singapore from India and Dubai

Hello all,
does anyone know if there are any cheaper airline options between to Singapore from Dubai and India (Delhi or other city)?

Tiger airways has some cheap flights between Singapore & India. (Kochi, Chennai, Bangalore)

Jet Airways has daily flights between Singapore & Delhi. Their cheapest one-way, non-refundable fare would be about USD 250 (the last time I had checked). You will get all details at www.jetairways.com

From Delhi to Dubai, two of the cheapest airlines (but full service and not budget airline) would be Air India and Indian. Their website is www.airindia.com . When you log onto that page, you will get an option to go to the Air India page or Indian page. Check out both.
