Hi all, I'll be coming from Manado/Indonesia for a visa run and actually want to get the new visa for Indonesia in Kuala Lumpur since I will be heading from there to B. Aceh, Pulau Weh.
Is it possible to buy a flight ticket to KL in Singapore without having to leave the airport?

As its been many years since i entered Singapore using the bridge from Johor Bahru im asking if anyone knows if its open 24hours and how much it costs to cross? I shall arrive in JB around 21:00 and plan to stay at a friends in Singapore that night but was worried it may not be open all night

I have a few hours to kill while in transit at Changi Airport and just wanted to confirm it's OK for me to leave the airport terminal and come back in later?? I assume I will already have a boarding pass for the next flight on me to get back into the gates again, and I don't need a visa for Singapore.

Hi, my partner and I are going to be stopping over in Singapore for a few days on our way to Hong Kong later in the year. This is our first time in Singapore so we aren't too sure whats the best way to spend our time. We would like to do a bit of sight seeing, shopping, markets and tourist things like the Zoo. Any suggestions on the best places to stay (around $100-150SGD/night for 2) central or walking distance to certain areas like orchard road or little india would be great.

I have a problem. My wife and I are travelling to Kuching Via Singapore in July. We are flying with Qantas to Singapore and arrive at midnight. We are going to stay at the transit hotel and catch a silk airline flight to Kuching at 8.30 am the next day. But I have been reading that you dont pick up your luggage while in transit. So where does my luggage go that night before I board my next flight. I can't check my luggage in at Sydney through to Kuching as I am not flying with Singapore…

I'm moving to SIngapore in July and to be honest am not really that big a fan of intense humidity...(but am willing to adapt if it means I get to live in Singapore!) Having said that I've lived in Saudi for 3 years and have had to put up with 45+ degree weather for quite a while so really...32 (even with high humidity) should be a breeze right?...just like a muggy NYC day.

Is it worth bringing a sweater or fall jacket just in case?

I am planning to book rooms in nss for 2 days. Any feedback about this hotel. Is it worth the price of S$90 for a double room. Is the internet booking reliable ??

Also, any suggestions about any other good hotel in the Little India area - tariff around S$100.

I' m looking for shops in Singapore where I can buy a mosquito tent - basically a net that comes in the form of a tent. This sort of thing can be bought in outdoor stores in any European country but I wonder:
Can it be bought in Singapore?
I'd appreciate hearing from anybody who can give advice about this.

I've been going around my country Singapore, and shooting interactive 360° X 360° VR (Virtual Reality) photos and marking them on a Google map. I'm hoping to showcase every espect of my country, other than the usual "touristy spots".

I'm doing this on my spare time but so far I've been able to come up with one to two new locations each week. I hope that what I'm doing will be of use to travellers wanting to find out about more about Singapore.
