I notice the Transnasional website indicates that the Singapore terminal for their bus to and from KUALA TERENGGANU is at 33 MACKENZIE ROAD. Is this also their ticket office in S'pore? I ask because other online sources indicate their terminal is the one at Lavender St.
I don't seem to be able to book tickets online or get terminal info from this computer (Mac), so I suppose I will have to wait until I'm in S'pore to buy tickets?
Yes it is also their ticket office. Several bus companies now also have offices and leave from here.
You can book Transnasional tickets online with a Visa or Mastercard on their website.
But u must sign up first and create a profile before u begin your booking. Click "Buy Online Now" for the sign up page.
Departures are 0900 and 2100, fare is 79.15MYR inc taxes/charges.
I went to Lavender Street terminal, apparently the sales office there has moved away. A kind driver there told me that Transnational Singapore has actually merged with Nice Coaches and the temporary sales office is somewhere in Serangoon. Both Transnational and Nice contact numbers (+65 6294 7035 / 4) cannot be reached at the moment and I need to figure out whether Transnational travel from Singapore to Jerteh Terengganu. Anybody able to help me please? Thanks a lot!
Transnasional run buses from SIN to Kota Bahru, just book to Jerteh and get off as u pass.
The office.bus terminal is at 33 MacKenzie Road as stated above, it is decked out as a NICE office.
