Greetings! Im a serious junk collector and love flea markets and such. I will only be in Singapore for a couple of days and I was wondering if the thieves market runs daily or just on weekends. the LP guide has it listed on Sundays only but other sites give conflicting information. Any insight would be awesome, thanks!

it operates everyday, but on weekends, more players come to it. this is afterall not a full time job. there are new laws that make the seller be accountable for the items they sell, making sure they got the items the legal way thus the 'thieves' market in a way not 'thieves' goods... there's another place u can look out for on weekends, it's at far east square near chinatown.

the thieves market, (personally i think) is the best flea market as comared to the other one as mentioned in far eeast square/chinatown. It is most lively during after 12pm but you better hope that is does not rain as most "close shop" as they do nothave proper tentage to cover up their goods.
