If it's not possible or too risky, I'll spend go to Malaysia a day in advance and from there go to the airport with plenty of time.

The only possible way that you might be able to do this is to depart at Seremban en route and transfer to a local bus to KLIA Sepang. But by noon...it would still be very difficult..because you also have to pass through two immigration points.

Have you considered taking a linking commuter flight?

Flying to KL is often not that much more expensive than some bus services, so you'd be much better off to fly up if time is tight

Too risky. Possible traffic delays, accidents, engine problems. Not worth the stress. China Airlines instructed me to spend the night in KL. No nightmares... just pleasant dreams.

Why not try the overnight train from Singapore to KL? Leaves Singapore 22.00 and arrives 06.23 in KL
Prices £6 GBP (second class seat) to £16 GBP for 1st class sleeper.
You save on a hotel rooms and have a difference experience. You can have a couple of hours in KL and then take the bus to LCCT from KL Sentral in plenty of time. See the following website for details:

If you still want to bus then from S'pore go to Larkin in JB (Malaysia). From there the bus will go to Pudu Raya in KL and will normally take around 6 hours and Transnacional cost RM 31.30

From Pudu Raya (Plaza Rakyat) take the LRT to Sentral, will cost RM 1.30 and from Sentral there are busses to LCCT that cost around RM 9 and take 50 minutes to reach there.

But this will be a lenghty trip taking in all around 8 hours...
