I'm off to New Zealnd for a job, but luckily for me I can stop off in singapore and head down to indo for a couple of weeks on the way there and do the same on the way back but head up through cambodia and laos. I'm going to need a biggish bag for the new zealand leg of the trip, but just a small bag for Indo and Laos/Cambodia. As I am going to do the stop overs at changi both ways, does anyone know if there are decent left luggage facilities there that don't cost a huge ammount? I guess I'm looking at 5 or so weeks overall.

Google could help you with this one...
Anyway, the InnCrowd does store luggage, as does the airport. What's a huge amount depends on you.
Or look for somebody from Singapore, luggage couch surfing ;)

How big is ur luggage? I might be able to keep it for you at my flat, provided there isn't any prohibited/illegal stuffs inside. Pls contact me directly, yapssj@hotmail.com.

I Googled the airport fees for left luggage and it's a ridiculous 5 dollars a day! For that price, it's cheaper to throw the luggage (and contents) away and buying all new clothes here.
A solution I was looking into would be a month-to-month rental at the self-storage places... they rent a 12 square foot by 1.5 meter high locker for about 70SGD a month.
Does anyone else know of a cheaper mid to long term storage solution? Left luggage at a five star hotel, etc maybe? Leaving it on the MRT doesn't seem like a solution either.
