Maybe beachfront house with own cooking facilities, ref, amazing views of Siquijor and Apo, sublime snorkelling, peace and quiet and about 5 km of empty beach..

you can't run a kitchen in the Philippines, without a ref. There is no way that there will be a ref in this 400 peso room.

Yes ref was included. Only problem was no wifi, so you need your own..
You defintely need a motorbike to stay there though as only one sari nearby and that is limited. The place is not signposted from the highway and there is almost nothing about it on the internet. It used to have CATV and Wifi but as no customers that has now been disconnected. Still a great place to relax for a few days especially when you consider that it costs 25,000 peso a night at the neighbouring resort..

Beats my best in Bantayan. 500 with cooker and ref. Pinoy TV. No WiFi. Seaside on the Camotes is 350, with shared use of their freezer. But they asked for 50 extra per day when they found out we were using our own electric and rice cookers.

Yes, checked on thier website for room cost at the time we were there. Cheapest room was over 25,000 peso! and they had even more expensive rooms than that, mind you rooms were the size of your average Guisano department store..
