All--

Has anyone used Pinoy Travel (pinoytravel.com.ph) to book bus tickets on Ohayami? Or on any line?

This seems like it could be a very useful service, but I'd love some confirmation that it tends to work before relying on it. I have been unable to find any reviews of the service here, on TA, or anywhere.

well the customers on their facebook page dont have glowing tributes but thats not too strange as its the same with most airlines /services there

Thanks-- I didn't think of looking on Facebook. I don't mind if they're generally slow to respond or if their customer service is abysmal. My issue is just knowing whether they're actually reserving the tickets (I've read Banau/Manila route can book up).

Yes, they respond quickly on email. You have to book at least 3 days in advance.
